The Last Harvest of 2023

At our cultivation and growing facility in Hirfanlı, Kırşehir, we have successfully completed the final harvest of 2023 — marking the conclusion of another productive and sustainable year for Alpenorth Seafood. The harvested intermediate products have been carefully transferred to our Sinop offshore farms, where they will continue the second phase of their growth and maturation in the natural waters of the Black Sea.

This process reflects Alpenorth’s integrated production approach, where every stage — from freshwater cultivation to open-sea farming — is managed with precision and environmental responsibility. By ensuring full traceability and optimal living conditions for our fish, we maintain the high quality and nutritional value that define Alpenorth salmon.
