Alpenorth salmon is cultivated from selectively bred imported rainbow trout eggs (Oncorhynchus mykiss). Juvenile fish are grown in inland farms and later transferred to the Black Sea, where they reach full size and develop a clean flavor, firm texture and balanced fat structure. Through controlled farming and disciplined cold-chain management, the fish reach the premium characteristics expected from salmon trout in their final form, ensuring consistent quality for global markets.
