About Us
Founded in 2021 under Alpuka Group, Alpenorth brings the group’s high standards in construction and energy into the field of aquaculture with a focus on quality, reliability and controlled production practices.
We specialize in cultivating premium Alpenorth salmon, grown in inland farms and harvested in the deep waters of the Black Sea. With a production model built on consistency and careful process management, we supply fresh and frozen salmon to international markets while maintaining a commitment to stable quality and long-term growth.
Our Story
This journey, in Levent Kamışlık’s own words, began with a childhood fascination with water.
How Did I Begin in Aquaculture?
My connection with water began in childhood. When I was ten, I set up an aquarium at home and started keeping fish. Watching a living creature grow, protecting it, caring for it — these became my first lessons in patience, attention to detail, and respect for one’s work.
As I look back now, I realize that I did not step into this industry later in life. In many ways, it had been preparing me since the very beginning.
What started as a simple fascination with water gradually grew into a journey that expanded across both land and sea.
